采用多弧离子镀技术在TC11钛合金表面制备了厚度为18.7 μm 的Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN多层膜,用45 μm白刚玉通过微喷砂试验机评价TC11钛合金及Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN多层膜在30°和90°攻角下的抗冲蚀性能,并分析其冲蚀机理。结果表明:30°攻角下, 冲蚀砂量为70 g时,Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN多层膜被冲破,此时该多层膜的冲蚀坑深度为21.88 μm,TC11钛合金基材为269.9 μm。90°攻角下,冲蚀砂量为20 g时,Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN多层膜被冲破,此时该多层膜的冲蚀坑深度为8.95 μm,TC11钛合金基材为46.96 μm。30°攻角下,钛合金的冲蚀以微切削为主,多层膜以微切削和微断裂为主。在90°攻角下,钛合金的冲蚀以点坑冲蚀为主,多层膜以裂纹萌生扩展和点坑冲蚀的混合冲蚀为主。 |

Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN coating with a thickness of 18.7 μm was deposited on TC11 substrate by multiarc ion plating. Erosion resistance of titanium alloy and Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN coating was evaluated using white alundum abrasive of 45 μm by microblasting equipment at the impact angle of 30° and 90°, and the erosion mechanism was also analysed.The results show that the multilayer coatings are broken when the erosion sand weight is 70 g at the impact angle of 30°, and the erosion depth of the coating is 21.88 μm while titanium alloy is 269.9 μm. The multilayer coatings are broken when the erosion sand weight is 20 g at the impact angle of 90°, and the erosion depth of the coatings is 8.95 μm while titanium alloy is 46.96 μm.The erosion mechanism of titanium alloy is microcutting at the impact angle of 30°and pitting at the impact angle of 90°, while multilayer coatings is microcutting and microcracks at the impact angle of 30°and microcrack fracture at the impact angle of 90°. |
