Ti-6Al-4V激光重熔结构及摩擦学性能

摘要:
利用激光重熔技术对Ti-6Al-4V(TC4) 表面进行了处理。用XRD、SEM和 TEM分析了合金化层的组成和组织结构。在SRV-IV微动摩擦磨损试验机上对TC4基材和激光重熔后TC4的摩擦磨损性能进行对比测试。结果表明:激光重熔可以细化TC4的晶粒,显著提高TC4的表面硬度和耐磨性能。

Abstract:
TC4 substrate was remelting by laser remelting. Crystalline phase and microstructure of the coatings were analyzed by Xray diffraction (XRD), Scan electron microscopy (SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Tribological properties were examined using SRVIV tester under dry sliding condition. It has been found that the laser remelting treatment can improve the hardness and wear resistance of the asreceived TC4, and the crystal size of the asreceived TC4 can be refined after laser remelting.
