不同含碳量Fe-C合金表面纳米化行为的分析

摘要:
采用超音速微粒工艺对不同含碳量的Fe-C合金进行表面纳米化处理。试验结果表明:纯铁和碳钢均可以实现表面纳米化,而灰口铸铁却得不到纳米化的表层结构,原因是其组织结构和塑变能力不同;超音速微粒轰击工艺获得的变形层厚度与含碳量相关,大致与合金屈服强度的1/2次方成反比;纯铁和低碳钢经过超音速微粒轰击可以获得最佳的表面纳米化效果。

Abstract:
The treatment of surface nanocrystallization on Fe-C alloys with different carbon content was conducted by the Supersonic Fine Particles Bombarding(SFPB).Experimental results showed that the surface layer of pure iron and carbon steels could be transformed into nanocrystalline structure,while the surface layer of grey iron could not be transformed.This might be attributed to the difference of microstructure and the capability of plastic deformation.The thickness of deformed layer was correlated with the carbon content and it was in inverse proportional to about one-half power of the yield strength.The optimal effect of surface nanocrystallization by SFPB treatment was achieved on pure iron and mild steels.
