等离子体电解氧化过程中参数控制模式分析

摘要:
在分析有关等离子体电解氧化(Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation—PEO)系统模型的基础上,推导了一个用于描述PEO处理过程中各参数之间联系的系统方程,并在恒流与恒压条件下对该方程进行了讨论。磷酸盐电解液中镁合金PEO处理的验证试验表明:在恒压条件下利用该方程计算所得的后期电流值与试验结果具有较好的一致性,而恒流条件下具有较大的偏差,这与推导方程过程中所做的假设和简化有关。另外,在恒流控制的基础上,提出了阶梯降流法的控制成膜方式,并研究了其在磷酸盐系电解液中具体的实现方法及其在成膜过程中的作用。

Analysis on Controlling Modes of Parameters during the Process of Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation

Abstract:
This paper established a systematic equation for describing the intrinsic relations among the main parameters involved in plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) process and discussed its derived forms under the conditions of constant voltage and current respectively. The confirmatory test was proceeded in the phosphate electrolyte solution on magnesium alloy substrate and the results showed that the calculated current value was in good agreement with the experimental one during the period of PEO process under the condition of constant voltage and the theoretical voltage exhibited larger deviation with the experimental one under the condition of constant current, which might be caused by the assumptions and simplifications in the equation derivation. Furthermore, this paper established the controlling mode of step-down current method and studied its effect on the coating process and realization method in the phosphate electrolyte solution as well.
