粉芯丝材电弧喷涂层高温腐蚀行为

摘要:
采用电弧喷涂技术,在20钢表面分别使用JCW-B,3Cr13和CrB3种丝材制备涂层。进行了高温氧化试验,并绘制了氧化动力学曲线。结果表明,3种涂层都可以起到保护基体,减缓腐蚀的作用。特别是使用了封孔剂,大大提高了涂层的密封程度,阻止腐蚀气体向基体侵入,提高了涂层的保护能力。其中,CrB涂层的抗热腐蚀性能与3Cr13相似,而优于JCW-B涂层。涂层中存在的CrC、CrO2、Fe2B、CrB等陶瓷相物质有较高的热稳定性,可以较好的保护基体,减缓腐蚀。

Abstract:
Using arc spraying technique three coatings were prepared on 20 steel with cored wires as JCW-B, 3Cr13 and CrB The high temperature corrosion tests of these coatings were carried out.. The results showed that all of the three coatings can protect the base metal and decrease the speed of corrosion. The seal coating can improve the airtightness of the coatings and prevent the corrosive gas penetrating into the base metal. The CrB and 3Cr13 coatings exhibit he similar resistance to high temperature corrosion better than that of the JCW-B coating. The ceramic phases in the coatings such as CrC, CrO2, Fe2B, CrB show a high stability at high temperature, and can protect the base metal well.
