火焰喷涂尼龙1010/纳米ZnO复合涂层力学性能研究

摘要:
为了探讨纳米ZnO(n-ZnO)对火焰喷涂尼龙1010涂层力学性能的影响,利用电子拉力机对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/n—ZnO复合涂层的力学性能及耐老化性能进行了测试。结果表明,当复合涂层配比为m(PA1010):m(n-ZnO)=100:1.5时,复合涂层综合性能较佳,涂层自拉伸强度为41.92MPa;涂层与基体结合强度为41.68MPa。提示纳米ZnO能够明显提高涂层与基体的结合强度,对涂层的自拉伸强度也有一定幅度的提高。

The Study on the Properties of Nylon1010/nano-ZnO Coatings by Flame Spraying

Abstract:
The mechanical properties of flame sprayed Nylon1010/nano-ZnO coating were studied on an Universal Testing Instruments. The results showed that when PA1010 was filled with 1.5% n ZnO2, the properties of coating was best. The bonding strength between coating and substrate stress reached 41.68 Mpa, and the tensile strength of coating was 41.92 MPa.
