提高金属材料抗渗碳性能的表面处理技术

摘要:
阐明了采用表面处理防止金属材料产生渗碳腐蚀的基本思路是在欲防护工件表面形成具有高稳定性的致密、连续的氧化物。介绍了运用表面处理技术提高金属材料抗渗碳性能的各种工艺技术的特点、效果与研究进展。指出该领域今后研究的重点与发展方向是提高表面处理层成份与组织的稳定性、耐久性、处理层与基体金属材料的结合强度,改善处理层的力学性能和与基体材料在热膨胀性能上的差异。

Surface-treating Technique for Improving Anti-carburization Properties of Metals

Abstract:
The basic principle of surface-treating technique for protecting metals from carburization by forming a dense and continuous oxide layer with high stability was introduced. The characteristics and research progress of different anti-carburization techniques were also described. The main research trend in this field is to improve mechanical properties, stability and durability of the surface treated layer, bonding strength between the treated layer and substrate, and thermal compatibility with the substrate .
