铝合金表面激光熔覆铜合金层中的裂纹及其有限元分析

摘要:
采用激光熔覆方法在铝合金表面得到了铜合金熔覆层,试验观察到在熔覆层与基体表面界区域易于产生宏观裂纹,在熔覆层顶层易于产生微观裂纹。利用MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件对熔覆层横断面内平面残余热应力进行了模拟分析,得出了其残余热应力分布,解释了涂层中的裂纹现象。

Abstract:
Cracks in the laser cladded copper alloy coatings on aluminum alloy were observed on the cross section. It was often found that the macro-cracks on the interface of coating and substrate were easily produced, while the micro-cracks appeared on the top layer of coating. The thermal residual plane stress on cross section of coating was analyzed by MSC/NASTRAN Finite Element software, and a distribution map of thermal residual plane stress was obtained, which can explain the cracking phenomena in the laser cladded coating.
