摘要: |
利用分子沉积(MD)技术对金衬底表面进行了改性,并且利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对改性后的金村底表面进行纳米摩擦特性实验。发现改性后的金表面的摩擦力仅与金表面的分予端基有关,而与分子的链长、骨架等无关,当试样表面具有相同的分子端基时,表现出相同的摩擦系数。这说明利用MD技术可对金衬底表面进行改性,只要选择具有良好润滑效果的分子,就可以达到润滑减摩的目的。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper, a new method is applied to modify the nanofriction and nanolubrication characteristics of the Au substrates. The friction forces of different Au substates simply deal with the surface molecular group, out of relations to the the molecular chain length and the molecular skeleton. When experimentizeing with different samples with the same surface molecular groups, the same friction fractions are obtained. The investigation shows that the nanofriction and nanolubrication characteristics of the Au substrate can be improved by using MD technology with the well-lubricated molecular. |
