熔滴在基板上的铺展及凝固过程的三维数值模拟分析

摘要:
对于基于熔滴沉积的3D打印成形再制造技术,熔滴在基体上的动态铺展过程及伴随此过程中的温度变化情况直接影响到成形形貌及质量。基于有限体积数值模拟方法,建立了熔滴在基板上铺展及凝固过程的三维数值分析模型。采用流体体积比函数(VOF)法追踪熔滴自由界面的动态变化过程,用焓多孔介质法处理熔滴凝固相变问题,用连续表面张力模型将表面张力处理为体积力源项。利用所建立的模型,计算分析了单个高温熔滴在基板上的碰撞中熔滴自由界面及温度的动态变化过程,以及熔滴凝固后的最终形态。通过比较熔滴界面动态变化过程的模拟计算结果与试验结果,证实所建立的模型是可靠的。

Abstract:
The spread and solidification process of molten droplet on the substrate will influence forming appearance and quality of the droplet deposition based on 3D printing forming remanufacturing. A threedimensional numerical simulation model for the droplet spread and solidification process was developed, based on finite volume numerical method. The volume of fluid (VOF)algorithm was used to track the dynamic charge process of the free surface of the molten droplet. A enthalpyporous method was employed to deal with solidification and phase change of the droplet. The surface tension was considered as the volume force by continue surface tension model. Based on the developed model, the spread and solidification processes of a single molten droplet were obtained, as well as the final forming shape. The validity of this model is confirmed by comparing the calculated and experimental results of the dynamic droplet surface at different times.
