非晶态Cr-C合金镀层的晶化规律

摘要:
采用电沉积方法制备了非晶态CrC合金镀层,对镀层进行热处理并测试硬度,用DSC和XRD表征镀层晶化过程,结果表明,镀层在300 ℃开始晶化,450 ℃左右晶化结束,600 ℃左右有Cr7C3、Cr23C6化合物析出。由于Cr的微晶化和Cr7C3、Cr23C6化合物的析出,600 ℃以下时,镀层硬度随温度的升高而升高,600 ℃时达到最高值1610 HV0.025。600 ℃以上时,因晶粒粗化镀层硬度迅速下降。

Crystallization Regularity of Amorphous Cr-C Alloy Coating

Abstract:
Amorphous CrC alloy coating was prepared by electrodepositing. The microhardness of the coating was tested after heat treatment and its crystallization process was studied using XRD and DSC. The results show that the crystallization process of the coating begin at 300 ℃ and finish around 450 ℃, Cr7C3 and Cr23C6 compound appear when heat treatment temperature is around 600 ℃. Microhardness of the coating increases with temperature increasing rise for microcrystallization of Cr plating and formation of Cr7C3 and Cr23C6 when heat treatment temperature is less than 600 ℃. The microhardness reaches the maximum of 1610 HV0.025 at 600 ℃. As heat treatment temperature rises over 600 ℃, it decreases sharply with temperature increasing because of grain coarsening.
