化学镀对电池镁极表面放电行为的研究

摘要:
用不同的化学镀工艺对AZ91D镁合金片进行表面处理,测定了两种工艺及不同处理时间的表面的放电特性。试验表明,稍短时间(1min和1.5min)化学镀镍表面的镁放电电流大干镀铜表面和空白试样。以恒负载放电试验进行验证。用电化学极化曲线结合扫描电镜观察对放电行为差异作了解释。

Abstract:
Different processes of electroless plating were applied to AZ91D alloy for surface treatment,and the discharge characteristics of two processes and different treated time were measured.The results showed that the discharge current of the of the electroless nickel plating in short time(1min&1.5min)was larger than that of electroless copper plating and the untreated sample.It was certificated by the resistance discharge experiment,and the different discharge behavior was explained by electrochemical polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy.
