磷嗪X-1P添加剂对硬脂酸钾固体润滑薄膜摩擦学性能的影响

摘要:
采用浸渍嵌拉方法制备了磷嗪X1-P和硬脂酸钾复合固体润滑薄膜并且用DF-PM型静-动摩擦磨损试验机考察了复合薄膜在低速滑动条件下的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能量散射仪观察分析了偶件钢球表面的磨损形貌及典型元素面分布。结果表明,在相对较低的载荷下,复合薄膜比硬脂酸钾薄膜具有更好的摩擦学性能。随着薄膜中磷嗪X1-P含量的提高,更有利于在对偶钢球表面形成有效的转移薄膜,摩擦学性能有逐渐变好的趋势。

Effect of X-1P as Additive on the Tribological Behavior of Potassium Stearate Films

Abstract:
Potassium stearate films doped with phosphazene (X-1P) were prepared by dip-coating on hydroxyl silicon substrates.The tribological property of the composite films sliding against AISI-52100 steel ball were investigated with dynamic static friction coefficient measurement apparatus with ball-on-plate configuration.The morphologies of the wear tracks of the steel balls were examined using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy-dispersive X-ray analyzer attachment.It was found that the composite films on the hydroxyl-terminated silicon substrate showed better tribological properties as compared to potassium stearate films under relative lower load.Transfer film was more easily formed on the counterpart steel ball with increase of X-1P concentration in the composite film,accordingly,the tribological performance was improved under lower load.
