| 研究了美军为强化全系统全寿命保障、实现装备优生、提高物资管理与供应水平和维修效率、增强故障隔离效果而推出和应用的各种新理论、新技术的发展趋势，重点阐述了寿命周期费用、加速试验、国家库存管理策略、以网络为中心的维修、基于状态的维修、便携式维修辅助设备、交互式电子技术手册等基本内容，结合我军装备保障的当前水平，提出了我军加强保障理论和技术发展的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper summarized and analyzed a plenty of information about the development trend of equipment sustentation theories and technologies,including guarantee of service life,optimization of equipment,improvement of handling of goods and materials,and repairing efficiency etc.Based on this report,referring the current situations of PLA's equipment sustentation,some advices on how to strengthen the sustentation theories and technologies were suggested. |
