论贯穿于冷卷圆簧制造工艺全过程的残余应力

摘要:
论述了贯穿于冷卷圆弹簧制造工艺全过程的残余应力,包括冷卷、回火、渗氮、喷丸、施加预应力处理等工艺中的残余应力变化。研究表明,弹簧的残余应力状态(包括残余应力的正负量值与方向)是唯一贯穿于弹簧制造过程的物理量,控制每道工艺簧内的残余应力状态,就是控制了弹簧的疲劳抗力、应力松弛抗力以及永久变形抗力。

Review on the Residual Stress Through the Course of Manufacture Technique for the Cold Formed Circular Coil Spring

Abstract:
The changes of residual stress through the course of manufacturing technique including cold forming, annealing, nitriding , shot peening and prestressed treatment for the cold forming coil spring were discussed, It was found out that residual stress state of spring is the only physical parameter through the course manufacturing technique.To grasp and control the residual stress state during every manufacturing process is to control the fatigue resistance stress relaxation resistance as well as permanent deformation resistance.
