纳米YSZ热障涂层隔热行为研究

摘要:
通过测试等离子喷涂纳米氧化钇稳定氧化锆热障涂层的热扩散率、比热容及密度,得出涂层的热导率,借以评价涂层的隔热效果。借助X射线衍射和扫描电镜测定涂层的晶粒度和微观形貌。结果表明,从室温至900 ℃涂层的热导率范围为0.5565~0.6479 W/(m×K),涂层中存在大量未完全熔化的纳米颗粒和小孔径孔隙,对降低涂层的热导率,提高涂层的隔热性能极为有利。

Abstract:
The thermal diffusivity, specific heat and density of Yttria Stabilized nanostructured Zirconia (YSZ) thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) were tested in order to estimate the heat insulting effect. In virtue of SEM and XRD the microstructure and grain size of coating were aqnalysed. The results indicated that the thermal conductivity of the coating in the temperature range from room temperature to 900 ℃ was 0.5565~0.6479 W/(m×K). It was found that there existed a great deal unmolten fine particles and many micro-pores in the coatings, which were in great favor of reducing the thermal conductivity and improving the heat insulting effect.
