阴极电泳涂装用锌镍锰三元磷化液的研究

摘要:
针对阴极电泳涂装对磷化的特殊要求,为解决磷化过程中磷化膜碱性过量溶解,磷化膜过厚导致电泳涂料电沉积速率下降以及膜层耐蚀性差等一系列问题,研制出了一种与阴极电泳涂装工艺配套的低锌三元磷化液,通过正交试验优化了成分配比及涂装工艺参数,表征了磷化膜的表面形貌、晶型结构并检测了其他相关性能。结果表明:此三元磷化液磷化速度快,沉渣少,膜薄而致密,耐碱性强,解决了磷化膜与阴极电泳涂装的配套性问题。

Abstract:
In the cathode-electrophoretic painting processes, the zinc phosphate coatings are deposited on the alkaline area and become loose and rough, which result in the decrease of phosphate coating adhesion, corrosion protection, and alkaline resistance. A modified phosphating technique for cathode-electrophoretic painting was developed in this paper. The phosphate solution was perfectin reducing the sludge, improving corrosion protection and alkaline resistance. More even and finer grain structures, excellent corrosion resistance were obtained compared to the traditional phosphating technology.
