应用n-Al2O3/Ni纳米颗粒复合电刷镀技术修理了柴油发动机气阀导管孔,解决了工件孔径小镀积不均匀等难题,并进行了现场耐磨性试验。结果表明,镀积速度高于快速镍镀液,镀层耐磨性大于快速镍镀层和铸铁,并实现了镀层均匀性小于0.01mm。为修复进口装备积累了经验。 |

Abstract: |
Naro brush electroplating technology was employed to repair the hole of diesel engine valve guide tube using n-Al2O3/Ni nanocomposite solution. The difficulties of plating for small diameter holes and uneven deposit were solved. The wear tests were carried out. The results showed that the nanocomposite solution displayed higher depositing rate than the conventional Quick-nickel solution. The thickness uniformity of the nanocomposite coating reached <0.01 mm. The technology provided successful experience for repairing the imported equipment |
