纳米复合电刷镀层微观组织及其成形过程中的氧化现象

摘要:
研究了n—Al2O3/Ni纳米复合刷镀层的微观组织及其成形过程中基质金属镍的氧化现象。结果表明:复合刷镀层晶粒细小,n—Al2O3颗粒在复合刷镀层中弥散分布;在刷镀过程中,生成了大量氧化镍,它以单独的NiO颗粒形态或生成的NiO和加入的Al2O3的球形颗粒混合体形态分布在复合刷镀层晶簇内部及晶簇边界区域。提出了NiO的形成机制,即主要通过如下3种途径:①新生成镀层表面镍原子与镀液薄膜中溶解氧发生化学反应;②镍离子与溶解氧,发生电化学反应;③在碱性溶液环境中纳米颗粒表面吸附[OH]^-发生电化学反应生成NiO。

Microstructure of Brush Electroplating Nano Composite Coating and Oxidation Phenomenon during the Process

Abstract:
This paper studied the microstructure of brush electroplating alumina nanoparticle reinforced nickel matrix (nAl2O3/Ni) composite coating and oxidation of the matrix metal Ni during formation of the coating. The nanocomposite coating had fine crystal grains. Alumina nanoparticle dispersed in the coating. Nickel oxide NiO generated with the coating formation. NiO existed as isolated NiO particles or hybrid particles of oxides NiO and Al2O3, dispersing in or between the group-grains. The formation mechanisms of NiO were put forward. NiO oxide came from chemical reaction between new-generated Ni atom and the oxygen solute in the solution, electrochemical reactions between nickel ion Ni2+ and the oxygen or hydroxy ion [OH] absorbed by nanoparticles in the alkaline liquid.
