针对大型水电站中直径2.5m,重量22.7t的励磁电机整流子磨损表面,成功地采用摩擦电喷镀技术进行了修复。配制了高浓度刷镀液,改进了摩擦材料和镀液供给系统,制定了严格的刷镀工艺。新设计的阳极旋转系统提高了镀覆效率,保证了镀层质量。 |

Abstract: |
The brush plating technique was successfully used to repair the worn surface of commutator with weight of 22t of a large hydraulic generator. The high concentration plating solution was specially prepared and the technological process was also improved. The newly designed rotating system of anode increased the efficiency of plating and the quality of plating layer was guaranteed as well. |
