| 报导了彩板用钝化液的研制方法，铬还原量的确定与钝化液使用条件。讨论了钝化膜组成对还原量的影响，测试了钝化膜及涂敷有机树脂后的性能。证明研制成果可提高镀锌板耐蚀性且易于涂敷有机树脂，可用于实际彩板生产。 |

| This paper presented the preparation of a chemical passivator for coil coating lines which can enhance the corrosion-resistance of gavalnizing sheets and make them apt to spray the organic protective coating. The composition of passivation film and its effect on the reduction of Chromium were discussed as well. |
