ZGMn8CrMo强化机理研究

摘要:
研究了重载车辆履带板新材料-ZGMn8CrMo水韧处理态的强化机制,发现该材料在常温冲击磨料磨损条件下具有应变诱发α-M相变强化特性,在疲劳裂纹扩展过程中也发生应变诱发旷M相变;还研究了冲击能量的变化对α-M量、硬度和耐磨性影响的规律,发现了ZGMn8CrMo存在旷M量的最佳值:1^#ZGMn8CrMo在2.0J/cm^2时的饱和值为51.08%,2^#ZGMn8CrMo在2.5J/cm^2时的饱和值为53.16%,超过α-M量的饱和值时将进入失稳磨损而失效。该成果已在重载车辆再制造时应用,使履带的使用寿命提高2.68倍。

The Strengthen Mechanism of Cost Steel Mn8CrMo

Abstract:
The strengthening mechanism of a new cast steel, ZGMn8CrMo, for heavy vehicle track shoes was investigated. It was found that this steel, after solution treatment, is strengthened by martensitic transformation under the condition of impact and abrasion. This M transformation also took place during the process of crack propagation. The effects of impact energy on M volume, hardness and wear resistance were studied, and it was found that there existed a peak value of wear resistance vs. M volume. ZGMn8CrMo No.1 reached the peak value at the M volume of 51.08 % under the impact energy of 2.0 J/cm2, and ZGMn8CrMo No.2 had the peak at 53.16 % under 2.5 J/cm2. When M volume exceeded these values, the wear resistance would become lower. This material has been successfully applied to the remanufacturing of equipment. The service life of the track shoes made of this material was improved for 2.68 times.
