自结合层材料在热喷涂中的应用与比较

摘要:
介绍了3种具有自结合特性的金属喷涂丝材,它们作为结合底层材料,制备的涂层可以大幅度提高工作涂层与基体的结合强度。通过对比,认为F—75(Ni/Al)合金合金丝在3种丝材中喷涂成本低,结合强度高,可以作为提高涂层与基体结合强度的首选材料。

Abstract:
In this paper three types of self-bonding wire materials for thermal spraying were introduced. The sprayed coating showed obviously increased bonding strength with substrate. Through comparison it could be concluded that F75(Ni/Al) alloy wire showed the advantages of low spraying cost, low materials price and high bonding strength. So it was the first choice of materials for improving the bonding strength with the substrate..
