通过EDS、SEM等测试手段,研究了钢铁常温发黑氧化膜的元素组成、微观组织结构,探讨了稀土元素在发黑成膜反应中的作用机理。结果表明,稀土元素的加入能促进反应离子在金属基体表面的吸附作用,从而有利于新的结晶生长,形成新的晶核,可使膜层组织细化致密,改善发黑膜的表面质量。 |

Abstract: |
The composition, microstructure of blackening film of iron and steel were studied by EDS and SEM, the mechanism of film formation was discussed, The results showed that the addition of rare earth elements can accelerate the adsorption of ions on metal surface, and promote the growing of new crystals, so that the microstructure of blackening film was dense , which was beneficial to the quality of blackening film. |
