铁铬铝、高铬镍、45CT涂层的抗热冲击和耐冲蚀性能的研究

摘要:
模拟电厂锅炉四管壁实际工作环境,对超音速电弧喷涂铁铬铝、高铬镍、45CT涂层的抗热冲击及耐冲蚀的性能进行了试验研究,研究得出铁铬铝、45CT具有良好的抗热冲击、耐冲蚀性能,它们能满足电厂锅炉的实际需要。

Abstract:
In this paper, a simulating test of boiler tubes with supersonic-arc spraying coating for a power plant was introduced. The thermal shock resistance and anti-corrosion properties of FeCrAl, Ni30Cr70 and 45CT were examined. The results proved that the thermal shock resistance and anti-corrosion ability of FeCrAl and 45CT are much better than that of Ni30Cr70, and they can meet the demands of boilers in power plant.
