采用正交试验法对影响电弧喷涂涂层性能的两个主要电参数进行了优化试验,根据涂层硬度、耐磨性、孔隙率等性能指标的测试结果,得到了相应的优化参数,电弧电压为34V,喷涂电流为180A时,喷涂涂层具有较好的综合性能,为今后高速电弧喷涂系统工艺参数的选定提供参考。 |

Based on the testing results of the micro- hardness, abrasion resistance , porosity of high velocity arc spray coatings, the optimization of arc current and arc voltage parameters of high velocity arc spray process was carried out. Using the orthogonal experiment method. This result can be a reference for determining the parameters in high velocity arc spraying process. |
