介绍了GM-3450系列工模具修补机的原理及采用合金粉末或焊丝对模具的棱边磨损,内腔划沟等典型损伤进行微区脉冲焊补修复的技术特性,分析了焊补层与基体间的结构特点,扩散情况及热影响区,证明微区脉冲点焊是一种操作简便,性能可靠的模具修补新技术。 |

Abstract: |
The principle of GM-3450 type repairing machine for tools and dies and the technical specifications of repaired moulds worn at the edges and scratched on the inner surface by micro-area pulse spot welding technology were introduced in this paper. The bonding and diffusion characteristics at the interface of welding layer and substrate, and the heat-affected zone were analysed as well. It was proved that the micro-area pulse spot welding is an easily-operated and reliable new technology for repairing dies and moulds. |
