| 摘要: |
| 论述了化学镀的基本原理，Ｎｉ－Ｐ－Ｓｉ纳米粒子化学复合镀的基本工艺。分析了Ｓｉ纳米粒子在镀液中的含量，镀液ｐＨ值及施镀温度对Ｎｉ－Ｐ－Ｓｉ复合镀层性能的影响，并进一步研究了热处理温度对复合镀层性能的影响，对镀层的微观形态进行了观察。 |

| This paper discusses the basic principle of electroless deposition and the basic technolgy of Ni-P-Si electroless deposition.The influence of the pH value and the temperature of plating solution on the Ni-P-Si coatings are analyzed.The effect of temperature of heat treatment on the properties of plating coating.and the micromorphology of coating are described as well. |
