论述了化学镀的基本原理,Ni-P-Si纳米粒子化学复合镀的基本工艺。分析了Si纳米粒子在镀液中的含量,镀液pH值及施镀温度对Ni-P-Si复合镀层性能的影响,并进一步研究了热处理温度对复合镀层性能的影响,对镀层的微观形态进行了观察。 |

Abstract: |
This paper discusses the basic principle of electroless deposition and the basic technolgy of Ni-P-Si electroless deposition.The influence of the pH value and the temperature of plating solution on the Ni-P-Si coatings are analyzed.The effect of temperature of heat treatment on the properties of plating coating.and the micromorphology of coating are described as well. |
