金属材料表面强化过程对环境影响的定量评价

摘要:
将保护环境的衰竭,定量化地引入金属材料的表面工程领域。从保护环境的角度,对金属材料表面强化过程进行评价。通过对常用钢铁材料的表面强化工艺基础数据的分析,定量研究了不同类型工艺的环境负荷。结果发现,同量材料在不同的表面强化中具有不同的环境负荷;同一工艺对不同的材料也产生不同的环境负荷,比较了不同表面强化工艺的环境负荷大小。提出了采用多指标体系(ELV,HVIELV,d=ELV)对材料的表面强化工艺进

Quantitative Assessment for the Effect of Surface strengthenning of metallic materials on Environment

Abstract:
The environment consciousness or conception is introduced into the field of surface engineering of metallic materials in this paper. From the angle of environmental protection, the surface strengthenning processes are studied quantitatively. The environmental loading value(ELV) of different types of surface treatments are assessed quantitatively, after analyzing the basic data of surface strengthenning for different steels. The results show that the same steel has different environmental loadings for different surface strengthenning processes, and the same treatment can result in different environmental loadings for different materials. Finally, a method of the comprehensive assessment for surface treatments is proposed, including three indexes: ELV; HV/ELV; and d /ELV(HV: hardness, D: hardened depth).
