氰化层表面微脉冲电阻堆焊试验研究

摘要:
运用微脉冲电阻堆焊新技术经层表面的修复进行了研究,采用Ni35、Ni60、F505等粉材作为补材,氰化的20Cr2Ni4A钢作基体,进行了微脉冲电阻堆焊工艺试验。分析了堆焊层与基体之间的结合特点,测定了其硬度分析布及热影响区大小。研究表明,采用F505作为打底材料,能明显地减少Ni60合金粉末微脉冲电阻堆焊焊补层中的裂纹,使氰化层表面堆焊高硬度覆层成为可能。

Abstract:
The repairing of carbonitriding surface is a difficult problem in machinery maintenance. In this paper, a new technology of micro-impulse resistance hard surfacing was investigated. In the technological experiments Ni35' Ni60 and F505 powders were used as repairing materials welded on the carbonitriding 20Cr2Ni4A steel. The characteristic of bonding between the surfacing layer and the substrate was analyzed. The hardness profiles and the size of HAZ were measured. It indicated that using F505 as a backing coating, the cracks in the Ni60 coating are obvionsly decreased, that made it possible to apply the high hardness layer on the high hardness carbonitiding surface.
