车辆润滑油极压抗磨添加剂的性能及其复配效应

摘要:
现代科学技术的进步,使机器设备正朝着高速、重载和高精度方向发展,而润滑油品的质量是决定机器设备运行可靠性和延长其使用寿命的重要因素之一,而改进润滑油添加剂的性能并开发其复配技术,则是提高油品质量的关键。本文就一些常见的极压抗磨剂的性能,与其他添加剂之间的复配效应以及在边界润滑和混合润滑状态下,与摩擦表面形成的化学保护膜的形、价态、结构等特性进行了分析和归纳,并提出系统地研究添加剂间的复配效应以及与不同摩擦副材料、改性层、涂层间的协同效应,是今后应值得重视的课题。

Abstract:
The quality of lubrication oil products is an important factor for the development of the modern scientific technology and industrial production.Improving performance of lubricating oil and developing the combination systems is the key of rising the quality of oil products.The analyses and conclusions of the combination effects of some antiwear and extreme-pressurc additives and friction reduction agents,the chemical composition and chemical state of the protective films formed on rubbed surface in the condition of the boundary and mixedlu brication were discussed in this Arthur. The synergistic effect of additives and the optimizing the coating/treatment combinations and oil formulation as mainly research area for the future are suggested.
