基于色度分析方法对铜基石墨材料摩擦表面自润滑膜的评价分析∗

摘要:
提出一种基于色度分析方法对铜基石墨复合材料摩擦过程中产生的石墨润滑膜图片进行图像处理,从而实现对石墨自润滑膜的覆盖率进行定量分析。 这种方法较通常使用的二值化图像处理方法更加合理、准确,能够更加真实地反映出石墨润滑膜覆盖情况。 基于色度分析方法对转移膜覆盖率的分析较二值化图像处理方法分析的准确度有显著提升。 通过定量分析研究了石墨含量及尺寸对自润滑膜覆盖率的影响,结果发现随着石墨含量的增加、石墨尺寸的减小,自润滑膜覆盖率逐渐增加。 分析表明,随着自润滑膜覆盖率的提高,铜基石墨复合材料的摩擦因数成线性降低,而磨损量略有提高。

Abstract:
A analysis method based on chromaticity analysis is proposed to process the image of graphite lubricating film produced in friction process of copper matrix graphite composites, so as to realize the quantitative analysis of the coverage of the graphite self- lubricating film. This method is more reasonable and accurate than the commonly used binarization method, and can more truly reflect the graphite lubricating film coverage. For this research work, the analysis accuracy of transfer film coverage based on colorimetric analysis method is significantly improved compared with the analysis accuracy of binarization method. The effect of graphite content and graphite size on the self-lubricating film coverage rates were studied by quantitative analysis. The results showed that the self-lubricating film coverage rate increased gradually with the increase of graphite content and the decrease of graphite size. The analysis indicated that with the increase of the self-lubricating film coverage, the friction coefficient decreased linearly and the wear loss increased slightly.
