摘要:
综述了激光熔覆Ni基涂层在改善材料的耐磨,润滑,耐腐蚀性能等方面的研究进展,提出了专用粉末的研制,裂纹和气孔的控制是目前激光熔覆Ni基涂层面临的主要问题,并针对上述问题论述了相应的解决方法。

Abstract:
This paper reviewed the research progress of Ni–based coatings by laser cladding in improving wear and corrosive resistance. It stated that the production of appropriative materials and the control of cracks and pores are the primary problems to be faced in the field of laser cladding at present. And also some relative countermeasures were put forward.
