二硫化钼含量对自润滑涂层组织及性能的影响*

摘要:
利用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备了4种不同MoS2含量的镍基自润滑涂层,并对涂层进行了组织和性能研究。结果表明:随着自润滑材料MoS2含量的增加,涂层的显微硬度、结合强度和滑动摩擦因数都明显降低;当MoS2含量由6 %增加到9 %时,涂层滑动摩擦因数由0.18减小到0.16,变化处于平稳,但磨损量却由0.5 mg/m突然增大到1.6mg/m;涂层中条状未熔MoS2和孔洞的存在,是其显微硬度、结合强度和摩擦因数减小的主要原因。

Abstract:
Four kinds of MoS2 Self-Lubrication coatings with different composition were prepared by reactive HVOF spraying, and the microstructure and properties were investigated. The results showed that the hardness, bonding strength and friction coefficient of coatings were decreased with the increase of content of MoS2. When the content of MoS2 was changed from 6 % to 9 %, the friction coefficient reduced from 0.18 to 0.16, but the wear increased quickly from 0.5 mg/m to 1.6 mg/m. The primary reason for the decrease of hardness, bonding strength and friction coefficient of coatings was due to the unmelted MoS2 and existed micro-holes in the self-lubrication coatings.
