滑动轴承磁控溅射镀层技术的应用研究

摘要:
研究了用磁控溅射方法在滑动轴承表面溅镀一层AlSn20镀层的新技术。对AlSn20镀层的表面形貌、组织结构、结合强度及镀层硬度进行了分析,并与美巴公司同类轴瓦进行了对比。结果证明:选择合适的工艺参数可获得与美巴轴瓦相似的组织结构与性能。

Abstract:
Magnetron sputtering AlSn20 coating process for sliding bearing was developed in this paper. The surface topographies, microstructures, bonding strength and hardness of coating were examined and analysed. A comparison between the bearings made by Miba Gleitlager AG and by above process were also made. The result proved that using the proper technologic parameters the microstructures and performance of bearing similar to the bearing made by Miba can be obtained.
