微弧氧化铝、镁等合金材料表面陶瓷化处理

摘要:
在碱性电解液中,如在电极上施加较高的电压,作为电极的铝、镁等合金材料表面就会产生微区弧光放电现象;利用这一现象可在材料表面生成具有一定厚度,致密的陶瓷氧化层,可用来改善材料自身的防腐、耐磨和电绝缘等特性。

Abstract:
Applying a higher voltage on an electrochemical cell, the spark discharges would take place on the surface of Al or Mg samples which is used as one of the two electrodes. Under the condition, a ceramic oxidizing layer with the fare thickness and the high density is formed. The characteristics of the sample about anti -corrosion, wear -resistance and insulation are well improved.
