金刚石表面真空蒸镀的微观现象和实用研究

摘要:
以金属铬和铬钛合金进行真空蒸镀。研究了镀膜的形貌、结构和转化行为。利用这种工艺对金刚石实施表面改性,并对金刚石/金属烧结体进行性能考核。结果证明,真空蒸镀对改善金刚石工具的内界面结合强度有相当显著的效果。

Abstract:
Cr or Cr - Ti alloy was used in vacuum evaporation. The pattern, microstructure and transformation of the film were studied. Authors used this technology on diamond surface, and checked the per formace of diamond/sintered metal. It was proved by the experimental results that vacuum evaporation conld give a obviously good effect to the bonding strength of inner boundaryin diamond tools.
