采用CO2激光器在液压支架立柱母材27SiMn表面制备了JG2、JG3铁基合金熔覆层,分别对其微观组织、成分分布、显微硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性等进行测定与分析。结果表明:JG2、JG3熔覆层无裂纹,与基体呈冶金结合,组织均匀,为较发达的细密枝晶组织;JG2熔覆层的主要组成相为α(Fe,Ni)固溶体、Fe4Ni3等,JG3熔覆层的主要组成相为αFe、FeCr、FeCr0.29Ni0.16C0.06等;JG3熔覆层的平均硬度为609 HV10,JG2熔覆层的平均硬度为542 HV10;JG3熔覆层的磨损失重约为JG2熔覆层的1/2、立柱母材27SiMn的1/4;极化曲线及参数显示,JG2熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能更好。 |

Cladding layers of JG2 and JG3 were prepared on hydraulic support column base steel (27SiMn) surface by using a CO2 laser. The microstructure, phase, microhardness, wear characteristics and corrosion performance of the layers were all investigated and studied. The results show that the crackfree layers have strong metallurgic bond with the substrates, and the microstructures with welldeveloped dendrite are uniform. The main phases of JG2 layer are composed of α(Fe,Ni), Fe4Ni3, while the main phases of JG3 layer are mainly composed of αFe, FeCr and FeCr0.29Ni0.16C0.06. The average hardness of JG3 layer is 609.50 HV10, and that of JG2 layer is 542.5 HV10. The wear weight loss of JG3 layer is the smallest, about 1/2 times JG2 layer and a quarter 27SiMn. According to polarization curves and parameters, the corrosion resistance of JG2 cladding layer is better. |
