再制造技术创新发展的思考

摘要:
再制造作为建设环境友好型、资源节约型社会的重要技术抓手,其重要地位和作用已经得到了共识。文中从产品裕度设计、技术进步及效益驱动3个方面,阐述了再制造的实现基础;从再制造过程的逆向反演、界面问题及质量控制方面,论述了实现再制造面临的技术挑战;重点叙述了在再制造设计规划技术、轻合金再制造技术和增材再制造技术的3个发展方向;最后,探讨了再制造在性能升级、智能化、绿色化与标准化领域的发展趋势。

Abstract:
Remanufacturing has been taken as the important technology measure for building environment friendship and resource conserving society. Realization foundation of remanufacturing has been described from the product margin design, technology progress and benefit drive, the technology challenge of realization remanufacturing was discussed from the remanufacturing process reverse derivation, interface problem and quality control, then in detail expounds the three main remanufacturing technology directions of remanufacturing design, light alloy remanufacturing technology and additive remanufacturing, finally probes into the remanufacturing development trends in the remanufacturing upgrade, intelligent remanufacturing, green and standardization remanufacturing.
