喷丸强化对H08Mn2Si堆焊层残余应力及组织结构的影响

摘要:
利用气动式喷丸机对H08Mn2Si堆焊层表面进行强化处理。借助X射线衍射方法,研究了强化层中残余应力沿材料层深分布规律,采用金相显微镜、显微硬度仪、三维形貌仪分析了强化层的组织结构、显微硬度和表面粗糙度。结果表明:喷丸强化使H08Mn2Si堆焊层形成了约500 μm的强化层,表层的显微硬度呈先增大后减小的趋势,金相分析表明铁素体组织未发生转化,表面粗糙度有不同程度的增大。

Effects of Shot-peening on Residual Stress and Microstructure of H08Mn2Si Steel Layer

Abstract:
The paper used the pneumatic type shotpeening to strengthen the layer of the H08Mn2Si steel. The regularities of distribution of residual stress along the depth, the organization structure,the microhardness and the roughness of the surface were studied by the X-ray diffraction, the metallographic microscope, the microhardness tester and the 3D Profiler. The results show that there is about 500 μm strengthened layer in the surface of the H08Mn2Si steel made by shot-peening,the trend of the microhardness first increases and then decreases, the ferrite microstructure of the surface is unconverted, and the surface roughness of the different specimens increases respectively.
