激光熔覆过程热力耦合有限元应力场分析

摘要:
根据激光熔覆的特点,建立了激光熔覆应力场分析模型,对送粉激光熔覆过程应力场进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,熔覆结束后熔覆层处于拉应力状态,但各个方向拉应力的大小不同。熔覆层材料沿熔覆方向发生的塑性拉伸变形,是造成熔覆层开裂的主要原因。提高基体预热温度可有效避免熔覆层开裂。

Thermal-mechanical Coupling Finite Element Analysis of Stress Field in Laser Cladding Process

Abstract:
According to the character of laser cladding, a finite element model for analyzing the stress field of laser cladding was built and laser cladding process with powder feeding was analyzed with the model. The analysis results show that, by the end of process the cladding layer is in tension stress state whereas the stress values are varied in different direction. Along the cladding direction, plastic tension strain appears which is the main cause of cladding layer cracking. The analysis results also show that enhancing preheating temperature is an effective way to avoid cladding layer cracking.
