研制了一种含有强氧化剂的碱性溶液,用于去除氧航空发动机钢叶片上的“低温渗铝+改性硅酸盐陶瓷面层”复合涂层,分析讨论降复合涂层的相结构,化学成份及化学去除机理,该工艺已应用于生产并通过空军司令部组织的鉴定。 |

Abstract: |
An alkaline solution containing strongoxidant that is used to remove the low temperaturealuminizing + silicate ceramics surface coating on thesteel blade of aircraft engine was developed. Thephase structure, chemical composition and theremoval mechanism of the composite coating werediscussed. This technology was used in industry andpassed the appraisal of the Air Force Command. |
