摘要: |
利用扫描电子显微镜和付里叶变换红外光谱,实验研究了偶联剂TPM对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层微观结构及化学结构的影响。SEM分析和FT-IR谱图分析证明,偶联剂的加入增加了无机填料与有机高分子之间的相溶性,使涂层的显微结构和化学结构得到明显改善,说明偶联剂的选用是正确而有效的,为进一步研究开发其它聚合物复合涂层提供了重要依据。 |

Abstract: |
The effect of TPM coupling agent on the microstructure and chemical structure of flame-sprayed nylon 1010/graphite composite coating was studied by SEM and FT-IR in this paper. The results showed that the addition of coupling agent increased the compatibility between the organic polymeric matrix and inorganic fillers,and improved obviously the microstructure and chemical structure of coatings, which indicated that the selection of coupling agent was correct and effective. This provided an important basis for the further R & D of polymer-based composite coating. |
