基于齿面缺陷激光修复几何数学模型的齿轮修复

摘要:
激光熔覆作为一种再制造技术被广泛应用在机械零部件的修复。 在采用激光熔覆技术对齿轮齿面缺陷进行修复时,为减小后续机械加工的难度,应使轮齿齿面上的熔覆层轮廓接近齿轮的原始齿廓。 基于齿廓加工原理建立了齿面缺陷激光修复几何数学模型。 通过此修复几何数学模型可计算得到修复齿廓不同部位时,轮齿需要偏转的角度以及偏转后齿廓待修复区域的倾斜角度。 实验结果表明,利用该几何数学模型对齿轮齿面缺陷采用激光熔覆技术进行修复,可以使轮齿齿面上熔覆层的轮廓与齿轮原始齿廓较为接近,并且熔覆层轮廓与齿轮原始齿廓的距离不超过 0. 7 mm;此外,轮齿齿面在熔覆过程中虽然倾斜角度最大达到 51. 84°,但熔覆层轮廓与齿轮原始齿廓的最小距离不小于 0. 1 mm。

Abstract:
As a remanufacturing technology, laser cladding is widely used in the repair of mechanical parts. In order to reduce the difficulty of machining after defects of tooth surface are repaired by the laser cladding technology, the profile of coating should be made similar to the original tooth profile. Geometric mathematical model of tooth surface defects by laser repair is established based on the processing principle of tooth profile. When different parts of tooth profile are repaired, deflection angles of tooth and inclination angles of tooth can be given by the geometric mathematical model. The experimental results show that the profile of coating is very similar to the original tooth profile when laser cladding has been performed to repair the defects of tooth surface by the geometric mathematical model. And the distance is less than 0. 7 mm between the profile of coating and the original tooth pro- file. In addition, although the maximum inclination angle of tooth is 51. 84° in the laser cladding process, the minimum distance is greater than 0. 1mm between the profile of coating and the original tooth profile.
