水性二硫化钼基粘结固体润滑涂层制备及其摩擦学性能

摘要:
为研制兼具环保性和良好摩擦学性能的水性粘接固体润滑涂层,以去离子水作为分散介质,水性聚酰胺酰亚胺为粘结剂,二硫化钼为润滑剂,加以适量的润湿分散剂采用油漆喷涂工艺研制水性粘结固体润滑涂层,探究了粘结剂的固化温度以及润滑剂的含量对涂层力学和摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,当固化温度为270 ℃时粘结剂可以完全固化,且此时涂层具有较高的显微硬度。涂层的摩擦因数随着润滑剂与粘结剂质量比的增大逐渐降低,而显微硬度和耐磨寿命呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,当润滑剂和粘结剂的质量比为1.7时,涂层具有较高的硬度和良好的抗磨减摩性能,此时耐磨寿命达到187 m/μm,稳定阶段的摩擦因数为0.11。

Abstract:
In order to develop an environmental friendly hydrophilic bonded solid lubricating coatings with good tribological properties, the hydrophilic bonded solid lubricating coatings were prepared by paint spray method using hydrophilic polyamide imide (hydrophilic PAI) as the binder, molybdenum disulfide as lubricant, and deionized water as dispersion medium under the presence of moderate amount of wetting dispersant. Mechanical and tribological properties of the hydrophilic bonded solid lubricating coatings were investigated through adjusting curing temperature of the binder and changing content of the lubricant. The results indicate that the binder can be cured completely at 270℃ and the coating has the highest micro-hardness curing at this temperature. With the increase of mass ratio of lubricant and binder, the friction coefficient of the lubricating coating decreases, and the micro-hardness and anti-wear life of the lubricating coating increase at first and then decrease. When the mass ratio of the lubricant and binder is 1.7, the lubricating coating exhibits high micro-hardness, good friction-reducing and anti-wear ability. The anti-wear life of the lubricating coating runs up to 187 m/μm, and the friction coefficient during the steady stage is almost 0.11.
