碳纤维织物结构对摩擦材料温度分布的影响

摘要:
为研究碳纤维织物增强树脂基摩擦材料在摩擦过程中的温度分布规律,以评价此类材料的耐热性能。采用有限元分析与单胞模型相结合的方法,分别建立浅交弯联、浅交直联和深交联3种结构的碳纤维织物增强树脂基摩擦材料有限元模型,模拟特定工况下的摩擦副热传导过程,分析织物结构和编织密度对温度分布的影响规律。结果表明:在摩擦副接合过程中,摩擦温度先升高后降低,摩擦结束时刻的最高温度出现在对偶片中心对称面处;相同编织密度时,浅交弯联织物结构导热性能最优,其摩擦温度峰值最低(仅为168.5 ℃,其他两种结构摩擦材料的摩擦峰值温度分别为178.0 ℃和172.1 ℃);随纬纱编织密度的增加,浅交弯联碳纤维织物增强树脂基摩擦材料中碳纤维体积分数增大,导热性能变优,摩擦峰值温度降低。

Abstract:
The temperature distribution of resin-based friction material reinforced by carbon fiber fabric in friction process was studied, which can provide reference for evaluating the heat resistance of these materials. The finite element model of resin-based friction material reinforced by carbon fiber fabric with curved shallow-crossing, straight shallow-crossing and deep-crossing were established based on the combination of the method of finite element and the method of unit cell model. In order to analyze the temperature distribution influenced by fabric structure and thread count, the process of heat transferring under specific conditions was studied. The results show that the friction temperature increase over time first and then decrease. At the end of the engagement, the maximum temperature of the friction pair occurs in the symmetry plane of the separate disc. The thermal conductivity of curved shallow-crossing is the best and its frictional temperature is the lowest (168.5℃) at the same thread count. The peak temperatures of the other two kinds of structural are 178.0 and 172.1℃, respectively. With the increase of the thread count, the volume fraction of carbon fiber in the resin-based friction material is reinforced by carbon fiber with curved shallow-crossing increasing. The performance of thermal conductivity becomes better and the peak value of the friction temperature decreases.
