等离子喷涂Li0.5Fe2.5O4防护涂层及其表征

摘要:
以Li2CO3和Fe2O3粉末为原料,通过高温固相煅烧、喷雾造粒及热处理制备出纯净单相的Li0.5Fe2.5O4热喷涂粉体,采用等离子喷涂技术在Q235钢表面沉积出Li0.5Fe2.5O4铁氧体涂层,并研究其微观组织结构、物理电气和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,热喷涂制备的Li0.5Fe2.5O4涂层表面致密均匀,平均孔隙率为4.1%,且与钢基体具有良好的界面结合,结合强度平均值为27.6 MPa,涂层电阻率为2.14×10-5 Ω·m,且涂层耐电化学腐蚀性能良好,3.5% NaCl溶液介质中的平均腐蚀速率约为0.003 7 mm/a,显示等离子喷涂制备的高质量Li0.5Fe2.5O4涂层可较好满足接地材料防护涂层对其耐蚀和导电性方面的要求,可作为一种有效的腐蚀防护措施应用在传统钢质接地材料防腐工程中。

Abstract:
High temperature solid state calcination, spray granulation and thermal treatment were employed to synthesize pure Li0.5Fe2.5O4 powders with Li2CO3 and Fe2O3 powders as raw materials. The Li0.5Fe2.5O4 ferrite coatings were prepared on the steel substrate via the plasma spraying technology. The phase and microstructure, physical and electrical properties, as well as corrosion resistance were studied. The results show that the surface of the coatings is dense and uniform with an average porosity of 4.1%. Additionally, the mean adhesion strength of the coating is 27.6 MPa, the resistivity of Li0.5Fe2.5O4 coating is about 2.14×10-5 Ω·m, and the electrochemical corrosion rate is about 0.003 7 mm/a in the 3.5% NaCl solution medium. The high-quality coatings can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and conductivity for the grounding materials, which can be used as an effective protection measurement for the traditional steel grounding materials.
