3D打印铝合金材料的摩擦学性能

摘要:
为测试高速传动件上3D打印铝合金材料的耐磨性能,对3D打印铝合金(EOS:AlSi10Mg)与铸造铝合金(ZL1104 T6:ZAlSi9Mg)进行性能对比测试。采用光学显微镜、电子扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、显微硬度计、高温摩擦磨损试验机等对两种材料进行微观组织分析,硬度测量,摩擦磨损值测定。结果表明,3D打印铝合金其微观组织下晶粒更精细,并且各合金元素分布均匀性更好;3D打印铝合金硬度平均值略高于ZL1104 T6;3D打印铝合金的摩擦因数曲线更平滑,摩擦因数平均值及磨损失重率均小于ZL1104 T6,证明在相同的摩擦磨损条件下,3D打印铝合金表现出良好的耐磨性。

Abstract:
To test the wear resistance of 3D printing aluminum alloy with high-speed transmission parts, mechanical properties of 3D printing aluminum alloy (EOS: AlSi10Mg) and cast aluminum alloy (ZL1104 T6: ZAlSi9Mg) were tested to. The microstructure of the two materials was analyzed and their hardness and wear values in friction were determined using optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, micro-hardness, high-temperature friction and wear tester and other testing equipment. Experimental results show that the 3D printing aluminum alloy has finer grain structure than cast aluminum alloy, more uniform distribution of various alloy elements, and higher hardness than that of ZL1104 T6 in hardness testing. The friction coefficient curve of 3D printing aluminum alloy is smoother. The friction coefficient and the weightlessness rate are smaller than that of ZL1104 T6 in friction and wear tests. Therefore, 3D printed aluminum alloys show good wear resistance under the same conditions of friction and wear.
