摘要: |
铝合金建筑型材阳极氧化膜耐碱性能是衡量其质量的重要指标。采用自行研制的耐蚀性电位测量仪对预制不同厚度的6063铝合金建筑型材阳极氧化膜进行耐碱腐蚀性能测试,并用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对氧化膜的腐蚀形貌进行观察。结果表明:随着6063铝合金阳极氧化膜膜层厚度的增加,其耐碱腐蚀时间逐渐增长;当腐蚀电位达1 mV时停止试验,不同膜层厚度的试样腐蚀形貌大致相同。 |

Abstract: |
For the aluminum alloy extruded profiles for architecture, the alkali corrosion resistance of its anodic oxide coating is an important index for evaluating its quality. In this paper, the corrosion potential measuring instrument developed by authors was used to test the alkali corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide coating with different thicknesses on the premade aluminum alloy architectural profiles, and the corrosion potential during the test process was tested. The morphologies of the samples after the corrosion test were also analyzed by using the optical microscopy and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that for the 6063 aluminum alloy, with the increase of its anodic oxide coating thickness, the time of the alkali corrosion resistance increases. As the corrosion potential reaches 1 mV, the corrosion morphologies of the samples with different coating thicknesses are almost the same. |
