针对45钢在海水环境中耐蚀性及耐磨性能差的问题,采用化学镀技术在45钢表面上构筑NiB涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、X射线衍射仪和硬度计对涂层表面形貌、晶体结构和硬度进行表征,通过电化学动电位极化评估涂层的耐蚀性能,并考察涂层在3.5% NaCl溶液下的减摩和耐磨性能。结果表明:钢表面上化学镀NiB涂层呈“花瓣”状的非晶态结构,在3.5% NaCl溶液中的自腐蚀电位为-0.47 V,相对于基体提高了0.06 V,自腐蚀电流密度为8.991×106 A/cm2,相对于基体下降近两个数量级。同时,在3.5% NaCl溶液下,NiB涂层的摩擦因数相对于基体下降0.1,磨损宽度更窄。 |

The NiB coating was electrolessly deposited on 45 steel to improve its corrosionresistance and tribological performances. The morphological features, crystalline performance and hardness of NiB coating on steel were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Xray diffraction spectroscopy and hardness tester, respectively. The corrosion electrochemical behavior of NiB coating on steel was investigated by potentiodynamic method. Moreover, its tribological behavior was evaluated under lubrication of 3.5% NaCl solution. The results show that the electroless NiB coating on 45 steel possesses a cauliflowerlike morphology with amorphous structure. The corrosion potential is -0.47 V, which is 0.06 V higher than that of 45 steel. The current density is reduce to 8.991×106 A /cm2, which is nearly two orders of magnitude lower than that of 45 steel. Meanwhile, the NiB coating has lower friction and wear scar width than 45 steel under lubrication of 3.5% NaCl solution. |
